I am an experienced Debt Collector with great people and customer skills, office and database software skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, multi-tasking and time management skills and prioritization skills. I have knowledge of relevant software requirements, the ability to work independently and attention to detail. 

I am also a team player and have a positive and friendly attitude to handle costumers who are overwhelmed or stressed out about their financial situations.

 I believe I am good at handling high-pressure situations and be empathetic to help calm down disgruntled customers. Important characteristics for me is to highly motivated, being a hardworking, being honest and loyal and have a drive to learn and succeed.
