I am a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineer from the University of Pretoria. I have 7 years experience in Product Development supporting the Manufacturing team at Ford, I am currently working as Uptime Manager SAF and delivering best Vehicle Off Road and Same Day Delivery metrics for Ford. I am also qualified in the Top Gun program which is a Aftersales Business Manager course. I am a driven and eager to learn individual with a Coaching Management style looking to excel in my own career. 

My career started as a Graduate Engineer at Ford Motor Company South Africa and developed into Senior Launch and Localisation Powertrain Calibrations Engineer. I was then granted an opportunity to be the Uptime Manager for the South African market and for the last 2 years have delivered the best ever Vehicle Off Road and Same Day Delivery metric. I have been rated as achiever plus for the past 5 years in my career consecutively with a change in position showing my ability to always deliver results. 

I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. I am also qualified in the Top Gun program, a program for Aftersales Business Management and best practices offered by Ford.
