Backed by innovative thinking, great teamwork and over 15 years of experience in the HIV field, I have developed a full-package Quality and Monitoring System founded on the principles of: support to do work correctly the first time, early issues/performance detection, automation in quality control, automated indicators reporting and measurable, informative feedback reporting. These achievements were possible through my empowerment, coaching, upskill and management of the Quality and Monitoring Team in a multi-disciplinary environment across multiple projects.
