Backed by innovative thinking, great teamwork and over 15 years of experience in the HIV field, I have developed a full-package Quality and Monitoring System founded on the principles of: support to do work correctly the first time, early issues/performance detection, automation in quality control, automated indicators reporting and measurable, informative feedback reporting.
