I have exceptionally good communication skills and I have developed successful working relationships with clients and in the industry.  To this end I have received several commendations from clients in all my previous roles.  I am known to be a team player, as I would often be called upon outside of the sales environment to provide support and advice.  I am very focused, committed and reliable and both my colleagues and clients know I go above and beyond.

• Deal with all new, in – house and group Reservations for accommodation and functions on a daily basis.
• Deal with all functions from the reservation up to and including the payment at the end of the function which included preparing of quotations, contracts, invoices and all other administrative roles.
• Relationship management of clients 
• Make sure that a weekly function programme is given to all departments, as well as have a weekly meeting with regards to these functions.
• Responsible for the G&C Debtors book for the Groups and Conventions Department
• Attend Product Knowledge training and workshops
• Arrange site inspections with clients and attend as well
• Maintain relationships and responsible for sourcing new business
• Work mainly with the public sector and TMC (Travel Management Agencies)
• Responsible for completion of vendor documents (authorised signatory)
• Complete tender documentation
