Vincent Lebelwane

I have more than 15 years in supply chain environment where I held positions such Frontline manger, engineering stores manager and currently the Technical buyer position.

I have a Bcomm degree in supply chain and operations management and I am passionate about continuous improvement concepts. 

I am analytical and like working with numbers to get better insights. My strong points is been able to forge relationships with different stake holders, both internal and external.

My interests are working in projects and managing of service providers.

I worked for PepsiCo for a period of about 12 years in a production environment where I held various roles; Front line manager where I was responsible for planning, organisation and controlling of the resources to execute plant targeted outputs. This gave me the experience of dealing with people, conflict management and performance couching.

I later move the engineering stores as a Manager/Buyer. Skills that I learned from there was inventory management and cycle counting.

I join Tongaat hulette Starch procurement department in 2017 as a Technical buyer responsible for maintenance repairs and operations category. I interacted with the different stakeholders to understand their need, came up sourcing strategy, initiated and executed the RFx, did supply appraisals and due diligence, evaluated and contract warding winning bidder, performance management of the supplier and building relationships with supplier. I am experiences in end to end of procure to pay process 

I acquired BCOMM degree from the UNISA in 2020.
