Vijay Arumugam: Office Manager assists in the efficient and effective planning, execution and management of administrative processes that support and enables business management, business development and project delivery. She is responsible for debtor management and invoicing, management of suppliers, BEEE administration and general office management. As mentor and peer reviewer, she is also responsible for the induction of new staff and ensuring that office policies reflect organisational values. Reports directly to the Directors / Shareholders of the business. 

Vijay has 12 years’ experience in contingent recruitment. Before joining Tuesday Consulting, she worked as a research and advertising coordinator for a contingent search firm. Involved in assistance with event planning, CSI, differently – abled (I-Can) programme.

Vijay has a Master’s degree in Community-Based Counselling Psychology from Wits University. Lives in Midrand.
