Victoria Mupaya

I am a dedicated Sport scientist with a major in Disabilities and a qualified Biokineticist. My experience encompasses diverse populations, including orthopedic injuries, chronic illnesses, and neurological conditions like Parkinson's and stroke, alongside athletes and the general population. 

I have been exposed to clients from various populations ( elderly , children, disabilities , chronic conditions , injuries, pre and post-op etc) since my third year of my undergraduate degree (2021) and in my honours clinical rotations in 2022. I am currently completing my Biokinetics internship until Dec 2023 and have gained even more experience working with clients. Some of my duties and experience include but are not limited to :

• Conducting fitness and clinical evaluations
• Writing up client reports, and creating personalised exercise and rehabilitation programmes
• Taking one on one client sessions for exercise therapy and ensuring everything is done correctly and safely
•  Front desk admin and customer service
•  Equipment maintenance and general cleanliness of the practice 
• Giving exercise classes ( aquarobics, HIIT and strength training , pilates) and client education
