My name is Ursula Hasenkopf and I am a seasoned and passionate Executive Assistant.

Briefly, my career highlights are :

I have over 26 years of Executive PA experience. 9 - 10 years in the C-Suite. I was one of the 5 finalists in the National Office Professionals of the Year (2009) and I also worked and studied until I got my Unisa Degree in 2009.

At the South African Breweries, I was one of the nominees for the SAB Financial Director’s Excellence Awards and in 2016 RMA , I led the PA team who won the award for creating a video to be used on why we love working at RMA and is used at the Inductions for new employees. I founded and chaired the PA Forum at The South African Breweries Limited as well as at RMA.  

I was the lead PA for the project that initiated and implemented the TravelIT system that RMA opted to use from the manual process that was in place and this saved revenue as well as improved time efficiencies in the business.
