I completed my work to agreed standards and specifications. I worked part time on vacations while attending high school. I worked with Default Judgments and uploading them onto a system. My responsibilities were to assist where needed. I Provided exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the appropriate camera equipment based on their project requirements, budget, and technical expertise. Answered inquiries, provided product recommendations, and addressed customer concerns promptly and professionally. When cleaning the equipment I Inspected, cleaned, and maintained camera equipment regularly to ensure that it is in optimal working condition before sending it out again to another client. I Conducted routine equipment checks and sent the equipment into servicing centers when they needed to be repaired or serviced. I Managed the inventory of camera equipment, including cameras, lenses, accessories, and related gear. When sending the gear out I made sure the correct client received the correct gear. Also, when receiving the gear back, I made sure to receive the correct gear back, based on their serial number. I assisted in keeping accurate records of equipment availability, bookings, returns. I made an effort to ensure the equipment is properly labeled and stored. I Perform equipment testing and quality control procedures to ensure that all gear is functioning correctly and meets industry standards before renting it out. I am detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage the equipment. I assisted in packing packages at the online team when I completed my tasks. I aspired to help wherever I could; I wanted to emphasize the point that we should work together for the company to strive. I answered calls and emails. I contacted clients when their repair was returned to us, for them to collect. I made use of an app ‘Sage’ and invoiced the client for the repair costs. I also made use of Outlook, Excel, Word and ‘Novtel’ – which was used as our booking system for the rentals.
