I have been in the FastMovingCustomerGoods or customer service orientated organizations for over 7 years, both inbound and outbound.

As a previous customer care call center agent with extensive inbound experience. I have dealt with handling customer calls and inquiries, and i am always striving to provide the best service possible. I regard myself an an expert in listening actively, understanding customer needs, and finding solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. I am also patient, empathetic, and able to think quickly on my feet to resolve complex customer issues. I also understand the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and strives to maintain a positive attitude even when dealing with difficult customers. I am passionate about customer service i always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
