It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for the Franchise Manager position available within your company. As a seasoned Franchise/Area Manager professional with over years’ experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to your company.  

As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, mostly in cooperate companies where I was not just a Customer Relationship Rep, a Training Consultant, a Franchise Manager nor an Area Manager, I was a guru in my roles. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, but I also sincerely enjoy it.  I thrive in an environment where no two workdays are exactly the same. 

In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to my role. One of my projects involved growing franchisee and company owned network, Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets, Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark, and suggest corrective actions where necessary. Protect brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes. (The result? A seven-year, successful operational business) I believe in applying this same level of principles to your company.
