1. Conducting comprehensive consultations and oral clinical examinations on patients.
2. Digital and dental radiography: use of the cameo intraoral scanner, taking and interpreting periapical, bitewings as well as panoramic and three dimensional x-rays.
3. The making of an oral hygiene diagnosis and the development of an appropriate treatment plan within the scope of an oral hygienist.
4. Scale and polish, application of fluoride treatments, pit and fissure sealants, and advising patients on diet in relation to oral disease prevention.
5. Management of periodontal disease through root surface debridement and providing patients with home care instructions to maintain gingival health.
6. The administration of local anaesthesia.
7. Restorative dentistry procedures: class v buccal fillings, class I occlusal fillings, sealant restorations, atraumatic restorative technique(art), placement of temporary fillings, placement of temporary restorations as an emergency measure and polishing of amalgam restorations.
8.  Cosmetic dentistry: In chair teeth whitening using the Yotuel Extra White System as well as the Polaoffice System.
9. Management of bruxism through fabrication of a night guard/bite plate.
10. Orthodontic experience: cephalometric tracings, making study models, placement and activation of archwires, debanding braces, fabricating upper removable retainers and lower fixed retainers, as well as recementing lower fixed retainers.
