I am a highlighly motivated individual that has grown from the grass roots level and worked to prove my value in the different environments I have joined. I have exceptional business acumen and an understanding of budgeting within a specific line of business. I have managed resources from a tender age of 22 years of ages and it is my passion to collaborate with various individuals with various strengths to make a success of the team. The main goal is to deliver results within the confines of the governance and methodology. I found my niche in Project Management and have made a success of it regardless of not having completed my undergraduate BJuris / LLB degree. I am tenacious and I will not give up until I have found a way to meet my deliverables and satisfy my stakeholders. I am a strong believer of Client Centricity and Client Service Excellence. I live the basic client services values of putting my stakeholders first in my delivery and engagement.

I have extensive experience in General / Operations Management within Client Services environment in ICT Converged Telecommunications Industry. 

I have worked in Furniture Retail Industry, Cellular Industry, and Client Services within Entertainment  / Facilities Management and Theatre Events Management. In all the environments I was employed in, I was sales driven as it is to increase the revenue stream of each of the organisations.

I am a very dynamic Senior Project Manager with experience and exposure from ICT, Converged Telecommunications and Insurance Industry. Key focus is to deliver the various client solutions based on the contract or project mandates. Also it is key to generate company revenue, manage key project deliverables within quality and governance .My background is and has always been to increase the client satisfaction across our client base.

I am very self-driven, dedicated, committed individual. I am accustomed to work in a pressurized service delivery environment. I am also trained in driving and maintaining client and vendor relationships.

My commitment is to be the benchmark and add value in any organization I join by utilizing all the skills set acquired through 15 years of Project Management.

I will be bringing valuable knowledge of client centricity, service delivery as outlined within PM Bok, Prince 2 and Agile SAFe methodologies. I worked within the bounds of these principles to deliver complex projects and manage stakeholder relationships.

I have managed different projects with various levels of complexity for clients from diverse segments, Enterprise, Corporate, and Public Sector, SME .These projects had to meet the various quality assurance requirements within the various Project Management methodology i.e. Agile / SAFe / Prince 2 /PM BOK and Waterfall. High quality of engagement with Stakeholders was required and artefacts along with the various Check in Sessions to ensure the project is on the correct track. Steerco packs were prepared regularly and distributed to the Stakeholders per project or programme. Other form of reporting was weekly dashboard with project progress update. This is in ensuring that the stakeholders are kept updated on the status of the project along with any issues ,risks and constraints.

My Project Management career was based on the basic principles and framework of Primer Methodology which was a combination of Prince 2 and PM BOK formulated and implemented within the Dimension Data and Internet Solutions PMO.I learned the methodology online in 2009 as a Project Coordinator to understand the basis of the methodology. I selected to do Project Management Fundamentals and Completed Certificate Associate in Project Management (CAPM) in 2009 with PM Ideas .I took interest in Agile in 2013 and completed Agile Fundamentals Course with PM Ideas.

I have recently in 2020 while at Hollard completed the Basic Principles of Scrum and Agile presented by IQ Business .There was a formal course Scaled Agile and SAFe for Scrum Masters that all Project Managers had to complete and attain a certification. This was in September 2020.I left Hollard October 2020 before concluding the examination for certification. I have completed the Scaled Agile and SAFe for Scrum Masters with PM Ideas in 2021 April .I have written the examination for certification and failed to achieve the pass mark. I have prepared myself to re-write the examination which will be concluded by end of June 2021.

In my role as a PMO Head in 2016 I chose to do a Strategic Thinking and Planning to assist me in carrying out my Management duties .I also chose to complete Comprehensive Change Management Course from Prosci in 2014.
