I am a qualified and passionate Insurance and Risk Management Professional with a BCom Honours degree in Insurance and Risk Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management. I have over 4 years of hands-on experience in claims administration, Selling Insurance products, customer relationship management and operations management. I do have expertise in short –term insurance (motor insurance, home comprehensive insurance, professional indemnity and legal insurance

I possess vast experience in Selling Insurance products, resolving insurance related queries, Claims administration i.e. capturing and allocation of new claims ,Compilation of claims report and Training of agents on short term insurance products offered by Econet Insurance.

I assisted customers or clients visiting service centers in the claims submission process including but not limited to panel beaters recommendation and first level document validation and communication with clients where need be for assurance.

Maintained cordial relationships with partners involved in the claim process including but not limited to companies that provide panel-beating services, towing services, ambulance services truck and participated in system and product development through active involvement in User Acceptance Testing.
