I have been a facility Service manager with Africa's leading facilities management company, TFMC. We manage high priority buildings like equipment buildings, Call centres, big stores and Telkom directs where there is a lot of cash involved. We manage Assets for Telkom, Cell C, Cumba Resources (mining company), Gijima AST and the department of trade and industry in Sunnyside. I have a very solid HR background and experience as I have been participating in substantive negotiations for a number of years in highly unionized environment. I have been a member of TFMC Retirement Fund for more than three years, I have been a chairperson for the regional Transformation Committee as well as being a member of the national transformation forum for more than five years. I was also managing the fleet for the region for more than five years. In 2012 I joined the University of Johannesburg as a Maintenance Manager at a Senior Level. I have more than twenty-two years Facilities Management experience with nine years at Senior Management level. I have worked for Isaac’s Mechanical Workshop as a Motor Mechanic, worked for Tiger wheel as a Laboratory Technician, worked for Morula Sun as a Floor Attendant and also worked for Telkom as a Cable Jointer and Customer Fault Handler. I have studied Motor Mechanic N1 to N3 at Kudube Manpower Centre, studied Electrical Engineering N4 to N5 at Soshanguve Technical College, Studied Maintenance Management with the University of Pretoria, I have studied Facilities Management with Global Facilities Management Institute and Studied Project Management and Advanced Project Management with the University of Johannesburg.
