  • Also worked at Letsatsi finance and loan as a call center agent/ sales consultant mostly focusing on assisting clients with loan applications , answering inbound and outbound calls redirecting calls on relevent departments as requested by client , answering emails of clients . I worked for the organisation for over 2 years
