Worked as a Check in helper and did Admin for Campus Key. I Was responsible for making sure that students are checked in to correct and clean rooms and assisting them with their finances, like payments and making sure that they are accommodated in rooms that are conducive for them. I did inspections for students, and this helped me to build a great relationship with them. I think it would be easy to work with Lance since I know the system and have work experience in Campus key’s system., I am assisting with the preparation of staff assessments, resolving guests and tenants’ conflicts in a professional courteous manner. Responsible for Students billing and settling payment disputes. Admin tasks as needed including bookings, check-ins, answering phones, responding to email and social media inquiries. Doing Pro active walks in order to check if there is no emergency or any other major problems around the facility. Assisting in making sure that the community guidelines are followed. Worked at welcome station as the face of campus key, prioritizing great hospitality and relationship with both students and parents.
