About Tshepo Mosia:
I am a friendly and smart working lady who is an independent thinker and follows instructions very well. I have over 9 years of experience in administration in the laboratory space where I have gained experience in data entry, Switchboard operating, Compiling and filing of reports, ordering of stock and weekly stock taking as well as most other administrative duties. I am an analytical problem solver who enjoys learning and knows how to prioritise my work. I work extremely well with others and love bieng challenged by my work.
Experience
I have worked at lancet Laboratories for 8 years as a receptionist and administrative clerk where I was responsible for welcoming clients and directing to relevant department, data entry of confidential patient information, sorting of lab specimens and preparing them for testing, printing and filling of results, receiving payments and daily banking, handling of customer queries and complaints, screening of phone calls and redirecting to relevant department and shipping of samples to relevant department. I then moved to Toga Laboratories where I continued with all the above mentioned but also had to handle client services department where I Liase with manner of client via telephone and email regarding queries, complaints, ordering of stock, logistics and results.
Education
I have completed my grade 12 qualification with mathematics and physical sciences and a higher certificate for MDDOP in draughting
