Tshepo Hlongwane was born in Limpopo province, Tshepo's passion for art developed early on and he pursued it by completing a diploma in fine art at the Tshwane university of technology, Tshepo is a painter who uses his art to provoke thought and raise questions. he paints inspiration from the elderly, whom he views as a source of knowledge and wisdom for future generations. his scientific interests are diverse, including history geography and biotechnology.
