HR - Recruitment and Selection 

· Screening application forms. 

· Shortlist candidates.

· Interview logistics – contact candidates; prepare interview packs.

· Interview and select the most suitable candidates. 

· Conduct pre-employment checks. 

· Compile recruitment statistics and reports. 

· Processing of new-hire documentation. 

· Drafting employment contracts. 

· Contact successful candidates for feedback and unsuccessful candidate (regret letter). 

 

HR - Administration 

· Ensure HR archives are maintained. 

· File documents on personal files. 

· Payroll inputs coordination. 

· Facilitate the exit process, Exit forms, Provident fund forms etc. 

· Drafting increase letters, bonus letters, retrenchment letters and any other documents. 

· HR meetings with management.

· Finalize candidate evaluation (scores). 

· Audit preparation – various. 

 

HR - Training 

- Drafting the training schedules. 

- Sending invitations to employees. 

- Co-ordinating the Training Programme. 

- Sending Training evaluations forms. 

- Compiling Training Certificates 

 

ER – IR DEPARTMENT 

· Attending meetings with Union. 

· Preparing disciplinary chairperson’s guidelines. 

· Booking of venue for the disciplinary enquiry. 

· Drafting suspension letters, disciplinary notice letter, dismissal letters, final written warning letter, written warning, counselling, verbal warning letters, and etc. 

· Attending Pre-Arbitration meetings and preparing the evidence packs.Attending Conciliation meetings and Arbitration meetings at Dispute Resolution Center (DRC).
