- Sending clients details to the sales department if client wishes to extend or take out a new plan.

- Processing of Change of Engine Application

- Assisting client with debit change if plan is being debited by Motovantage.
- Assisting client with resubmissions for missed premiums.
- Providing the client with the claims procedure that needs to be follow when there is a claim that needs to be logged.
- Send authorization template to repairing dealers if they are unable to get through the call centre.
- Send authorization letters to the repairing dealers should they request for it to be re-send.
