2019 June- Joint venture on 125 main road, Northdene- Renovated into multi tenanted investment

2020 Jan- 2021 June- opened new business Durban North lifestyle guesthouse and Glenwood lifestyle
guesthouse T/a trinic facilitators 
Closed due to covid and expenses exceed the income.
