I have over 8 years of experience as a restaurant manager, where I developed strong skills in customer service, team leadership, and operational management. During this time, I learned how to effectively lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, I worked as a travel agent, where I handled customer inquiries and bookings. This role enhanced my communication and administrative skills, allowing me to provide excellent service and efficiently manage client needs.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold an NQF Level 4 qualification in Office Administration, which has given me a solid foundation in various administrative tasks. I am proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications, and I have developed skills in business communication, financial administration, data management, and project coordination. I am also experienced in customer service, business management, and problem-solving, which I believe are essential for success in any professional environment.
To further enhance my knowledge and skills, I have completed several free courses online through Alison Online Institution. These include a Diploma in Human Resources (HR), a Diploma in Marketing Management, a Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Certificate in First Aid Level 1, a Certificate in Fire Safety Training, a Certificate in Hospitality Management Studies, and a Certificate in Travel Agent and Consultant Training. Additionally, I completed a Level 1 – Introduction to Sales (Tourism & Logistics) course from Pigee Academy, which has provided me with a strong understanding of sales principles in the tourism and logistics sectors.
