Duties:

• Increased the efficiency of the training of researchers in AgriSETA accredited facilitation, assessment, and moderation courses by performing administrative tasks in preparation for the programmes.
• Partnered with other colleagues on data capturing and report writing on the effectiveness of the Agricultural Research Council training programmes such as training farmers on Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA).
• Performed the organization and preparation of training manuals for training programmes facilitated by the Agricultural Research Council.
• Succeeded in conducting research on agricultural and extension practices through the professional development project of the Agricultural Research Council.
