With numerous qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Nature Conservation, a Certificate in Environmental Biology and a Management Training Certificate, to name a few, as well as almost 30 years’ working experience, I present widespread knowledge and strong operational capabilities within the environmental sector. I offer advanced knowledge of Land Rehabilitation, Ecological Rehabilitation and Biodiversity Rehabilitation and have enjoyed a diverse career with roles encompassing General Assistant & Ranger Volunteer, Paramedic, Human Resource Manager and Lodge Manager. I have been privileged to complete my degrees with the assistance and support of the internationally renowned Rio Tinto’s, Richards Bay Minerals Ecological Restorative Program.
As a General Assistant and Ranger Volunteer at Enseleni Nature Reserve, I gained 9 years’ experience in reserve management, environmental monitoring, law enforcement and compliance, community liaison and education, alien invasive control and restorative ecological measures. My strengths lie in my vast environmental knowledge and experience in high-pressured environments, as well as my ability to manage business practices. I am a dedicated individual with high standards of personal and operational integrity.
