In my role at MR Consulting, I was responsible for coordinating all aspects of the consulting and construction projects. I have successfully coordinated with subcontractors, suppliers, and the clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. I also developed and managed the project schedule, ensuring that all stakeholders were aware of upcoming milestones and tasks

In the six years that I headed up CLM Main’s Youth Program I collaborated with schools in the community to address social ills faced by teenagers. This initiative achieved remarkable outcomes. I designed and executed a comprehensive youth empowerment program, which resulted in a significant decrease in juvenile delinquency rates and increased educational attainment within the surrounding areas of Lenyenye located in the Greater Tzaneen Municipality. The program saw rapid increase of learners qualifying for university, with those who did not qualify being referred to technical and vocational schools to further sharpen their skills. 

Furthermore, as a student volunteering my skills with ENACTUS UL as a project manager I became adept at conducting needs assessments, facilitating participatory planning processes, and mobilizing community members to take an active role in decision-making. My ability to develop and implement innovative social impact strategies has consistently yielded tangible improvements in the quality of life for the community.

Working with Humana People to People South Africa as a Senior Community Development Coordinator has further honed my ability to identify and address the unique needs of diverse communities while fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders. My role has sharpened my experience in project management, public outreach, and fundraising this has equipped me with the skills needed to create and execute impactful community development programs.

I have a proven track record of success in project coordination, and I am confident that I have the skills and qualifications to excel in this role. I am motivated and enthusiastic, and I have a strong commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget.

From assessing project objectives and coordinating logistical and administrative support functions to building solid relationships and balancing multiple priorities, my background has prepared me to excel in this role.
