Tobeka Mgope

My name is Tobeka Mgope. I have a Diploma in Analytical Chemistry.  I am currently employed as a Senior Analyst at British American Tobacco South Africa.

I would describe myself as a fast learner; I enjoy working with people and am able to get along easily with individuals. I am a hard working individual, and a team player who strives for the best in any endeavor I pursue. My up-bringing has instilled in me an excellent set of values. Some of these values include integrity, honesty, punctuality, and reliability, morality, patience, fortitude and sincerity. I set very high standards of performance for myself and am self-motivated

I have nine years of working experience within the FMCG Manufacturing Environment. The experience I have gained has exposed me to all aspects of quality and production. In each role that I have occupied I have been integral in the commissioning of new methods/ways of working, equipment, training and the development of staff and co-workers. My continued exposure to manufacturing industry has broadened my creative and troubleshooting abilities, enabling me to make significant business decisions.

I have National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Competent in ISO 17025:2017, 

Internal Auditor for both ISO 17025 and 9001
