Tinus is an independent and self-motivated analytical consultant with more than 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. Since 2008 he specialized as a Technical Business Analyst and can perform the following: (1) Data analysis, (2) Process analysis, (3) Systems analysis, (4) Project Management and (5) Scrum Master. 

His career has grown from a programmer/system analyst to principal business analyst delivering the full System Development Lifecycle and Agile across transactional, functional and analytical systems. 

He delivered key projects in the following industries: tertiary education, credit, insurance, medical scheme admin, banking, multimedia, investment, telecommunications, mining and local government at several companies in Johannesburg and Cape Town. 

He is fully conversant in: the full SDLC, Agile (JIRA), ETL (Data Warehouse), Ralph Kimball Method, SQL, ERD modelling, Relational Databases, Cloud (SaaS), ERP Systems, API’s, RFI & RFP Tender Processes, Data Integration & Migration, Testing, ARIS and ITIL.
