I am looking for any positions you might have open in your organisation I have 28 plus years in the supervision of facilities/workshops and factories to ISO/SABS/NOSA requirements including customer specifications and various design codes. My daily functions were staff planning of all work, general HR duties and administrative work, training of staff and ordering of raw materials and control of them from 15-20 tons of raw material per week. All building maintenance and equipment maintenance was controlled by myself and documented to ISO and NOSA specifications

Daily liaison with internal QC and QA and external this included dealing with clients from design stages all the way through with delivery of final product  this includes assisting engineering/drawing dept. in the design stages this includes research and development work on new techniques and equipment    

I am an energetic person that learns new processes quick and a go getter I believe in leading from the front and take great pride in my work and always strive to be the best in what I set my mind to .I take responsibility and accountability for my work and expect the ream around me to do the same

Experience

I have 30 years of production and manufacturing experience under my belt.  I consider myself to be a diligent, results-driven and highly adaptable person. I am able to think and react in a high stress environment and make the required decisions accordingly. I am self motivated with strong work ethics and I able to work confidently with little guidance. 

 

Taking responsibility and accountability is of high importance to me, I believe in understanding each person in my team and leveraging off their strengths and understanding their weaknesses in order to be surrounded by a strong team who trust and rely on eachother and who share their skills and knowledge.

 

 

 My greatest work achievement was when my team and myself manufactured a CM-310 which is a fluoro GRP Vessel 6 metre in diameter and 18.5 meter in length making it the largest fluoro plastic vessel built in the Southern Hemisphere which is testament to what a strong team can accomplish together,Assisting with the writing and implementation of N.O.S.A system including audit and achieving a 4 star status.

i have my N3 with mechanical engineering from George Cambell Technical High School and various courses in quality,legal liability and machinery regulations act
