Processing of monthly transactions. • Monthly reconciliations of accounts (Including debtors, creditors, bank accounts etc.) for submission of VAT201 returns. • Payroll calculations of staff and agents as well as submission of PAYE and UIF returns. • Preparation of monthly payments and cashflow management. • Setting up and presenting management reports, cashflow projections and budgets (including statistics and a comparison of the prior year’s figures). • Implementing new protocols to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of information between departments. • Provisional tax calculations and submissions. • Preparing audit files for annual audits, liaising with auditors with regards to Annual Financial Statements.
