As an intern Process Technician at PepsiCo Simba, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various processes within the production department. My responsibilities included monitoring, controlling, and recording data related to the fryer, showcasing my attentiveness to detail and commitment to maintaining optimal production conditions.

At the slicers, I demonstrated versatility by actively engaging in blade changes, controlling moisture and temperature levels, and meticulously recording crucial information. This multifaceted role not only highlighted my technical proficiency but also showcased my ability to adapt to diverse tasks within the processing department.

Additionally, I contributed significantly to waste management, efficiently handling and recording different types of waste produced during the process. My commitment to accuracy and documentation proved valuable in maintaining comprehensive records for process optimization and compliance.

During my tenure, I embraced the dynamic nature of the internship, participating in various facets of the production cycle and collaborating with team members to achieve operational excellence.
