I have over 20 years of working experience in different roles in one of the big financial institution. I'm highly experienced in product development with extensive background in vehicle and asset finance. I have experience in product management in the VAPs (Value added product) space working with multiple insurances and driving Non interest revenue generations streams. I have stakeholder experience both up and downwards.  I have managed a segment which contributed in by understanding the impact of a product to the benefit of a customer. I have managed projects ensuring the delivery of the solutions designed to the post implementations reviews. I have an extensive experience which i believe has paved my way to my upward growth in my career 

I work as a segment manager for one of the middle income earners segment. My role entails increasing our market share, managing the portfolio, increasing OI, and ensuring we develop products and propositions fit for our segment. I've been in the role for a year now and previously a product manager looking after value added products in the Vehicle finance space. The role entailed increasing the Non Interest Revenue for the portfolio. I managed the Operations team in the Business banking space and a Vehicle finance Segment manager for over 5 years looking after all segments. I've also acquired credit and sales experience over the years giving me the all rounder experience in the product lifecycle and the understanding of what it takes to manage any portfolio.  I have both a business and IT qualification allowing me to understand the technical and product side of the business.
