Thobela Sampi

I am a 42 year old African male with 15 years of work experience in various Human Resource roles at SouthAfricanPoliceService, i.e Recruitment and selection, payroll administration, absenteeism management, disciplinary hearings and investigations, employee relations, service benefits, Human Resource Developmen, career management  and general administration. I possess a National Diploma in Human Resources and also in Marketing Management. I am also a trained Skills Development Facilitator.

15 years of HR work experience in supervisory and management positions at SouthAfricanPoliceService, having headed HRM and Support Services sections at various police stations. Five of those years as an Assistant Director. 

National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Buffalo City College, obtained in 2012.

National Diploma in Marketing management from Cape College, obtained in 2002 but graduated in 2009.
