My name is Thobeka Pearl Shezi.I am 26 years of age.I reside in Castlehill drive thats in Newlands west .am drawn to clerical work because it allows me to use my organizational and communication skills. As a receptionist, I will have the chance to help people, which I am passionate about. Additionally, this role allows me to use my problem-solving skills and manage various tasks simultaneously.I am a fast learner,very bubbly but professional.

Experience

I have worked at Tamu security as a receptionist due to relocation I had to leave work.My role at Tamu security was to sign visitors in and out, taking phone calls, patrolling the premises, looking for signs of intrusion, investigating disturbances, contacting the police in case of emergency, and operating surveillance systems.I was also a PA which allowed me to take minutes of a meeting,dealing.with various computer systems.

Education

Ancillary health care certificate which allowed me to be a caregiver.I studied at Must graduate academy,did my practicals at Ekhanana old age home as well as uMshiyeni Hospital
