Test and analyze samples and raw materials for concentration, viscosity, density, pH, appearance, alcohol content, solid content to make sure that they meet specifications. Perform in process testing and adjustments on products.
Determine concentration adjustments and calculations for non-conforming products.
Prepare titration test kits. Write down lab reports monthly. Conduct daily calibrations of lab equipment. Assist in the research and development with testing (trials of new developing products). Arrange for external calibration and maintenance of analytical equipment as well as ensure internal verification and administer. Perform microbiological tests. Control and management of retention samples, ensure correct storage. Practicing good lab hygiene by following all safety rules, including always wearing personal protective equipment, handling and disposing of chemicals properly, cleaning up spills immediately, labelling everything, and never working alone in the lab.
