Theteng Modise

I am a qualified HR management professional with 4 years working experience in the public sector. I completed most of my working experience in recruitment and selection, administration, and development divisions. I have also worked as an NDT assistant recently. I possess very good computer, administration, communication and interpersonal skills. I am also very good at working with my hands in general.

I completed my Internship training at the national department of public works for 21 months where I acquired experience in administrative work which includes maintaining and applying departmental filing, handling files, records and documents, updating and appointing employees on the persal system. Capturing leave and attending all HR related enquiries. I have also worked as a national school nutritional program assistant in the department of education for 21 months where I was responsible for making sure that food that is prepared for feeding the learners at school is prepared well and also handling all the administration within the program, keeping records of attendance of the food handlers, compiling reports and filing of documents. I have recently worked for a private company, NJM as an assistant for NDT technicians where I was exposed to working in a SASOL plant setting.

I have a national diploma in human resource management. I completed my studies at Motheo tvet College in 2013
