I have been working at African Bank for the past 12 years where I have developed a number of skills.In my current role I lead a team that is responsible for the product implementation , support , vendor management and customer services within the telephony infrastructure and dialer campaigns aligned to the banks strategy.i am confident I would be able to fulfill this position and add value to your organization.

I have a degree in Internal Auditing as well as an Advanced Diploma in Management Principles. In addition to this I have a number of other certifications.
