I have professional expertise that is relevant to real estate and that I believe will be beneficial to your company. In the year 2021 up until 2022, I worked as a real estate agent for Libertalia. This indicates that I have gained the ability to interact with people coming from a wide variety of backgrounds in a meaningful way. In addition, I have become skilled in time management, my ability to be punctual, and enhancing my organizing skills. Last but not least, I have gained the ability to negotiate favourable terms for all parties involved, including buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, as well as how to critically assess situations and find solutions

From the beginning of this year (2023) up to and including the current date, I worked at Vukile Property Fund as an intern in the leasing department, which I was responsible for the preparation of renewal offers for existing tenants, liasing with centre managers and their team, reading through lease agreements and utilising my analytical skills to check for anomalies which could help improve the company and make their systems more efficient and effective

I, Thembinkosi Mazibuko am a honours Graduate in the field of Property Studies in the School of Construction Economics & Management at the University of the Witwatersrand. I have completed modules in Real Estate Finance  and Real Estate Management, and received 75% and 83% respectively. Moreover, my academic records show that I have strong knowledge in Commercial Real Estate Investments, Advanced Real Estate Market Analysis, Environmental Impact Assessment, Communication Skills and Real Estate Principles.
 

during the course of my internship, I have completed an online course through Udemy, which enabled me to learn and be more efficient In creating dynamic Real Estate financial models in excel, which I believe is beneficial to any company that has a finance department.
