In customer service you have to listen all the time. Makin sure you listen more to understand 😌 You are literall the comfort of not only the client but the organization it's self. 

Both departments are key to any organization that seeks to make revenue and satisfy their clients needs, 

I've also had the pleasure of beingvinvthe administration field, I was on a Learnership with Standardbank in the scanning and indexing/Imaging department.

Also got the technical feel when I joined Multichoice, As a Technical Service agent. That was different from the crazy shifts to spending a good 3 hours on a call with a pensioner who owns an Analog decoder 😆 🤣 classics
