Thandile Sithole

I have a Bachelors degree in Humanities from the University of Pretoria. I possess academic knowledge in psychology, criminolgy, sociology as well as academic research.  I also have skills in data capturing, tutoring, administration and customer service. I am self motivated, work well under pressure  and an eager learner.

I have been working at Platinum Life as a tele-sales Representative for the past 11 months. My role includes generating quality statistics, reaching weekly and monthly targets, playing an intergral role in team success as well as representing Platinum Life throuh excellent customer service.

I obtained a Bachelors degree in the Humanities field at the University of Pretoria. I am studying part time, an Honours degree in Applied Psychology and expect to complete the course in December 2022.
