Thabiso Hoveka

Thabiso is a 41 year old male, who holds 4 post matric tertiary qualifications in the fields of media and health care management. He has 14 years work experience in the health sector, having held several positions in project coordination and management; quality coordination and monitoring and evaluation of USAID/PEPFAR funded projects. The positions held have been from junior to senior levels.

Thabiso' current job status is that of an unemployed person; he was retrenched from the position of Senior Project Manager for the National Cancer Campaign. The campaign was a National Departments' of Health initiative and he was seconded to the Department to assist with implementing the project. The project was placed on hold during the Covid-19 outbreak as the funds allocated for implementation were directed to the covid response, therefore rendering this particular project redundant. 

Held several Project manager positions in the health sector.
