About Thabani Mhlongo:
I'm Mr Thabani Scelo Mhlongo, the IsiZulu Language educator serving under the Gauteng Department of Education. I'm currently doing PhD in IsiZulu at the University of Johannesburg. I have served as a tutor and lecture assistant at the University of Johannesburg. Currently I'm teaching Isizulu and Economics at Edenridge High School
Experience
I served as Isizulu tutor at the University of Johannesburg in 2014. I've taught IsiZulu in FET since 2016. I'm also teaching economics at the same time. Currently employed by Phakama Research Development as a content creator and a Presenter for grade 12 lessons in economics for the Gauteng Department of Education. I'm currently studying at the university of Johannesburg doing PhD in IsiZulu where I'm also serving as an assistant lecture.
Education
In 2015 I acquired the BEd in Senior phase and FET phase. In 2018 I acquired the Honours in Isizulu. In 2023 I acquired a masters in IsiZulu with Distinction. Currently I'm doing PhD in IsiZulu at the University of Johannesburg.
