I am a very passionate and  vibrant individual. I have the ability to show care and express empathy as part of my human nature. I am a very well spoken and well presented individual. I have a love for people and always wish to help or make a difference where I can. I am a firm believer of  keeping my customers or clients happy at all times. I believe in service excellence and always go the extra mile. I believe in a friendly and pleasant working environment as staff always performs at their best when they are happy .I am fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English. I am mostly administrative orientated and have adequate experience in customer service and working with people .I am also involved in outreach and youth programs as I love to work with people.  My main purpose is to make a difference in other peoples lives as it brings me GREAT joy to see that I can be of assistance to others and that it benefits them .I would be honored to be a part of this movement even as a volunteer  to start of with.  Hope my application will be considered.
