• Making sure the cleaners clean the staff cabins every day and sanitize with alcohol at least 70% alcohol-based solutions as a precautionary measure to Covid and any other airborne transmittable diseases.
•  Ensure Linen has been changed regularly and fog the rooms regularly with doom when the workers will be at work.
• Ensure the organization of the rooms are maintained.
• Ensure the procurement for detergents have been done in time and get all the invoices filed.
• Managing 20 staff members including drivers, cleaners and laundry team.
• Organizing Buffet set up for work functions like Christmas parties and get togethers.
• Make sure the loading and offloading, allocation of loads and uploading of trip sheets have been done on a daily basis.
