Tejal Mewalall

With a proven ability to handle complex tasks efficiently with standard supervision, while gaining progressive experience in the engineering environment, Tejal anticipates gaining future experience in designing and ensuring quality excellence of machinery, technical designs and plans, designing machines for production lines, creating technical efficiency within production and identifying non-conformance in mechanical systems.

University of Kwa-Zulu Natal                              November 2019 – December 2019

Six weeks of work experience at the University of KwaZulu Natal in the metallurgy department where I assisted in research regarding titanium. During this time, I prepared samples, performed tests on samples and analysed the results. Analysis was done using excel as calculations were required. 

GUD Filters                                                                        January 2021 – February 2021

Six weeks of work experience at GUD filters where I assisted in designing machinery and quality testing products. I was given a factory tour in which I could assist the staff at the factory as well as gain knowledge on how the machines in the production line are manufactured and improved.
