I have a 17 years working experience as a Technical officer at Telkom SA (from June 2006 - May 2023), where I got retrenched, The extensive knowledge I've gathered from years of working for Tellom SA has provided me with the expertise of client support and effective communication in the
telecommunication and administrative field. I interact with clients on a daily basis. As
such, I have been afforded the skill of building and maintaining professional relationships, based on integrity, trust and loyalty.
My core responsibilities required me to be telephonically available as the first line of
support. I worked very closely with clients on a daily basis, assisting with telephonic and
mailed queries.
I am incredibly happy to put forward my application to join your company, as I believe
I would be a great investment.
