About Taytam Roberts:

Since I graduated from high school, I've had the desire to work rather than continuing with my studies; nonetheless, I went through the process of studying, and as of now, I'm eager to begin my profession and start working. I am currently working as a customer service administrator, building connections with various companies and clients. As a personal assistant to a medical representative/ consultant, I handled administrative responsibilities, communicated with clients, and built connections with them. I worked as an au pair as well, caring for children and conducting study sessions. Prior to that, I was a sales assistant for a home-based company, where my tasks included front desk work and business management.

Personally, I can say that working on these tasks has given me a lot of experience and confidence and therefore feel I can handle a more stable job.

  • Manage customer inquiries and facilitate sales transactions, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously
