I have 12 years experience in dealing with customers face to face and telephonically.

I'm passionate about helping people and making a difference big or small in their lives. I enjoy helping people aswell as interacting with them. I enjoy helping different types of people because it broadens my communication skills. I have clear communication and can defuse any difficult situation which will sometimes benefit the customer aswell as the company.

I have alot of patience and self-control, aswell as effective listening skills. I also have excellent time management skills and I adapt easily to change and always willing to improve the skills which I already have.

I started working since I was 16 years old at pick n pay for +4 years, I applied at Franco/Queue Shoes and worked there 5+ years . I am currently working at Spilhaus/Swarovski for almost 5 years. 

I matriculated at Heathfield High in 2012.
