About Tasneem Hoosen:
I started my contact centre journey in 2017, customer service digital (chat/email/facebook/whatsapp) for a broadband company in the UK. Since then I have understood the requirements of a service rep and providing exceptional customer expectations.
In 2020, I have moved over being 1 out of 7 CSA that started a new campaign at Nutun/Synergy that is now celebrating their 4th year anniversary in 2024. I have started my journey as a CSA, then moved as an SME and due to my dedication and hard work became a team manager/leader within a year. I am now officially 2 years + senior team leader in the retail campaign and striving. I am client facing and have assisted with training our support staff through our peak season.
