I am a Legal Practitioner (Admitted Attorney) in the High Court of South Africa. I am a well-organized individual who possesses good interpersonal skills. I have good time management abilities and I am able to work well under pressure which is a valued skill in the fast paced legal environment. I have the willingness to listen, learn and participate in teamwork. A tenet I have shaped my life around is always trying to better myself, which ultimately lends into me wanting to be the best version of myself.

Whilst completing my articles of clerkship and after my admission as an attorney, I have attended to the following aspects: Consultation with clients

• Various administrative duties such as filing, archiving, bookkeeping.
• Drafting of Wills (massed/joint)
• Administration of Estates inclusive of: Reporting of the Estate, obtaining Letter of Executorship/Authority, Advertising for Notice to Debtors and Creditors, Opening of Estate Late Accounts, Drafting of the Liquidation and Distribution account, Drafting of Redistribution Agreements Follow ups with the Master of the High Court, Advertising for Notice to inspect, Preparing Statements and Release of Executor Documents.
• Civil Litigation- Drafting of S129 Notice, S64A notices, Acknowledgment of debts, Lease Agreement, purchase and sale agreements, notice to vacate, Letters of Demand including demands for Specific Performance.
• Debt Collection and monthly rental Collection
• Drafting of Ante-nuptial Contracts
• Drafting of court papers and Facilitating the process of High Court Divorces both unopposed and opposed.
• Drafting of court papers and facilitating the process of High Court Evictions.
• Creation of Trust.
• Appearing at S65A financial Enquiries.

I have thereafter moved to a Fiduciary Company who specialize in the administration of deceased estates. My experience gained there includes the following: 

• Administration of Estates inclusive of: Reporting of the Estate, obtaining Letter of Executorship/Authority, Advertising for Notice to Debtors and Creditors, Opening of Estate Late Accounts, Drafting of the Liquidation and Distribution account, Drafting of Redistribution Agreements Follow ups with the Master of the High Court, Advertising for Notice to inspect, Preparing Statements and Release of Executor Documents. Drafting Final Distributions and Cash Reconciliation Statements
• Attending to coding of estate taxes, capital gains Tax, Dealing with Business, de-registration of Business. Attending to all estate bank transactions. Liaising with the master’s Office.
• Attending to Transfers of Investments, Vehicles, Timeshare, Vacation points, Firearm, etc.

I have attained a LLB Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal in 2019. I was enrolled as a Legal Practitioner with the Legal Practice Council KZN in February 2022.
